FAQ

Do you have any questions about Tirosana?

Check here first.

Does Tirosana qualify as a diagnosis?

No. Tirosana is designed to accompany a formal diagnosis by a qualified, licensed medical professional. Tirosana is a tool to track symptoms and learn how to address them holistically.

Before beginning any diet and exercise program, be sure to advise with your general practitioner.

I can't complete the exercises. What do I do?

First, if you are attempting the intermediate or advanced levels of exercise, switch to the beginner level.

However, if you are already at the beginner level, try cutting the amount of repetitions in half. Keep up the same number of sets. As you begin to build strength, add in another repetition to each set until you reach the beginner level numbers.

Exercise is a marathon, not a sprint. Do what your body can handle. Your body will get stronger and your ability will improve. Stick with it. We are here for you!

I'm not losing weight. Is that normal?

One of the most common struggles of thyroid disorders is fluctuating weight. Tirosana is not designed to make the number on the scale go down. It is designed to help you make lifestyle, nutrition, and physical changes to improve your body's function. How is your sleep? How are your energy levels? How are your symptoms and their severity?

Keep using the Symptom Tracker ! You may not immediately see a weight change, but you can still keep track of the other positive changes that are happening in your body.
